Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
However, we offer replacement in the following cases:
Damaged / Leaked Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or leaked item:
• Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share the unboxing video and order details via email.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Cases
• Change of mind
• Fragrance preference issues
• Used or opened bottles
• Minor packaging dents without leakage
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
